Butyl rubber is a synthetic rubber, synthesized from isobutylene and a small amount of isoprene. Manufactures easy to leak, usually used to make cars, planes tubeless wheels. Butyl rubber is a copolymer of isobutylene and isoprene, it is put into industrial production in 1943.
